The product loaded easily and without a hitch. Annotations, in general, are fair to vague so that if you don't understand the meaning of the item you won't necessarily be enlightened by the explanation. Also, my brokerage account detail information is always brought over by TurboTax, but only summary information is brought over by HRB. I eventually made it through the tax return, but it was an ordeal!
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!

Program is not easy to navigate. Instructions/directions in many interview questions aren’t simple - needs some tax experience and not for first timers. I needed to submit form 5329. The program said no problem, but the IRS REJECTED IT three times. And the directions for that form were inadequate. Did not clarify the need to enter IRA as unqualified. Probably will go back to TurboTax

I bought the Deluxe Federal and State program to do my taxes. I received the new copy in November. In December I purchased a new IMackbook air, since my windows laptop was out of date and not able to upgrade to Windows 11. I thought it would be easy to transfer the software to download on my MacBook. IT WAS NOT! Despite receiving help from HRBlock over the phone, I was unable to download or use the software on my MacBook. I tried several times to take the download and open it in apps, per your instruction, to no avail. Getting increasingly frustrated I finally downloaded it to my PC and it worked. When I asked the support person if there was a separate version for Mac computers, I was told the software worked on both brands. I am proof it does not! Since I am on automatic reorder I will have to get this worked out and understood, or cancel my order and use TurboTax for my 2026 return. I was able to complete and file my taxes on my obsolete PC. But I wish the program really worked on my MacBook! I cannot recommend your program to my friends and followers.
