Horrible! 2 buys of software. No good first and my 2nd fed state freezes after each entry so I have to hpely save and restart. It’ll be a miracle if I get taxes done correctly.

Very thorough. Some of the links to "help" etc are a little hard to follow.
The efile could use some help. For instance. All necessary info such as pins should be requested before the final submission.
One other item is having to go through each line item of a financial report received from a broker is very tedious. Could offer a approve all function

Importing multiple W-2s went poorly, had to manually enter several. Also would not transfer SSN from worksheet and was insistent on not letting me manually enter. Something that should have taken 10 minutes took hours.

I've been using a version of this software for over twenty years. I like the way access to the actual forms. I do not like the limited help with jargon-filled questions and references, with ambiguous "more info" displays. I often found myself using a Google search instead.
