Although the software for the state was free with the deluxe program it was not free to file for state. Very misleading

so many things were bad:
1. can not efile until update
2. can not connect to update server
3. click the update center and it shows updates for 2018
4. find the right update and it's only for federal
5. still can not efile (it doesn't say it's because state was not updated.)
