I had to amend/ fix an error on my tax return in order for it to be accepted. I was told what I needed to do. I made the correction and 10 min later my return was accepted.
Pros: Easy to prepare

I have used the software for several years and find it helpful and trustworthy. I have only one issue, and that is the state form (for IN) was not accurate in real time while working on the federal form. It kept showing me I had a big rebate coming from the state. But, after i finished the federal and started on the state it then showed I owed the state a large amount.
