Easy to use and when I was charged 2 times for state filing they fixed it right away. That was my only issue with this program.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents

I was disappointed in the software this year. Several times, the “payer” information on a 1099 got mixed up and applied to a different 1099. I had to re-enter data several times. I guess it worked out, because I got my refund as calculated, but not a great confidence builder.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming

Long term customer. Becoming dissatisfied. Seems like every year more for me todo in specific forms. Versus hr block interview. Especially state of Minnesota - items like property. Items like RMD. I’m retired my return is simple. Wondering if another product would serve me better

Apple Mac support is lacking. Every year is a call to get free state loaded. This year software updates not working. The online options pulldown had no options for the 2025 software updates. Since I am involved with IT was finally able to troubleshoot and find them and get the software update. Tried online support. After I got though the AI bot to what I believe was a person, gave up after no response to my problem.
