H&R Block Tax Software is the best on the market. Clear and detailed instructions. I've been using it since it was Taxcut, back in the 90's. It has never failed me. I also like that I can download the software and work with it on my laptop. I hope that doesn't change. For a few years since 90's I had my taxes done by an accountant, who also used a professional version of H&R Block's software.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents

Missing some features. First time and last.

Doesn't import all data. Doesn't generate minimum estimated taxes for 2026 and make 1040-ES forms. Input fields were small .Prior TurboTax was better.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
