I have been using H&R Block software for 10 years. It works great. This year there was a small calculation error in the program but I waited till the next update and the error was fixed.

The last 3 years I have run into an issue when trying to file electronically. The last few years I was forced to update the software (expected) but the update FAILS. I have to un-install the app and reinstall, This is not a friendly end user experience!!

I have been using H&R Block for quite a few years now. For the most part I am happy with it. Sometimes finding where an entry is coming from is a challenge (the "take me to" function). I import quite a bit of the info from Quicken and that goes pretty well. The efile works pretty well.

I'm sure I did this before but will repeat. Have used for 20+ years. Easy to use. Help generally available when needed. Technical help was always easy to get. Tax help issues less so in the early days, but not difficult now although my questions have been related to clarifying something in the program and not specific tax advice issues.

Cons: Hard to import documents
