First time user and I'm glad I switched!

Easy to use with explanations along the way. Never used the chat feature but it's good to know it was available. I don't need an accountant for my taxes anymore!
Only issue was the import via phone camera wasn't working for me, so I just entered everything manually.

I'm quite pleased with the ease of use and accuracy of the program. The price is high unless you can get a deal on it. I could work free online probably, but live rurally with sketchy internet connectivity, so I purchase and use it resident on my computer.

This is my 2nd year with this software. I use to do by hand and had to double check it 3 times to be sure it was right. This is the only way to go. When itemizing it doesn't check the box for using std. sales tax.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
