The user interface was clunky and the import feature only picked up part of my W-2. The software was unable to print any of my returns without crashing multiple times. When I was finally able to print a return to mail it didn't include all of the necessary forms or attachments and I had to go back and individually print those items.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
