I've been a customer for years and am pleased with the software yet again. Fast and easy with just a few questions I had to research outside of the SW which the SW handled once I knew what was going on. 3 Feds, 2 States, now on to next year.

great software, improvements

great software. it has helped me all the years of preparation and filing. I believe improvements can be made to improve the time involved. I would like to see the companies which send my 1099R s, 1099-DIV and 1099-INT carried over to the new year. You could then EDIT or DELETE those entries. This would save so much time. I hope this can the changed for next year. Thanks

Bought boxed activation code locally, downloaded actual software with no problems. It automatically ingested data from last year. Prompted me through entire return. Filing, acceptance by IRS, and refund went quickly and smoothly. Cons: sometimes lapses into IRS-speak, when a plain-spoken English explanation would be better. Otherwise, all good.

entering data was easy, tax computation was quick. However, several items prevent processing. The on line suggestions to fix these items are INEFFECTIVE! This program is not worth the trouble. Help screens are unintelligible.
