This years version has changed my mind. Past years I would have given it a 5 star. Am low on C: drive, so I installed it on D:. Well automatic updates only work when installed on C:. Never was told that during installation, I had to dig to find out why it wouldn't automatically install and how to install. Even then, updating manually caused issues. Did not say it completed so I wasn't sure it did.
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very upset: not able to e-file my 2 state returns

My Feder returns worked well. I am very upset regarding electronic filing for my State returns. For some reason, my Virginia return was rejected. I didn’t know specifically why, so I couldn’t correct the issues. For my Colorado return, I couldn’t enter reason for “other income.” Again, there was no help in the program to see why my entry was unacceptable.

System worked well except the section on IRA RMD. It was really poorly done and caused several attempts to complete. Mixing IRA additions and existing IRA RMDs was a DISASTER!
