I had a bad experience first time ever. I assume it is because of the AI that you are using. You e Filed my Federal but not my Maryland. For what reason I'm not sure. something to do with taxes being already taken out in my Maryland taxes. I assume this again was an Ai problem

I have used H&R Block tax software for over 10 years after using Turbo Tax for a bunch of years. I switched because Block's software was cheaper and I have been so happy that I switched. It is easier and the free filing is a plus.

Software was great until I wanted to buy and download the State software. I had to try 3 times to get it going and you charged me 3 times. I recommend that there be a way after purchase to download the software for States.

The software itself is easy to use to determine your taxes. However state software glitched at submission (forced me to do an update) and apparently charged me twice for a single submission. Not happy with HR Block.
