In general, I was able to construct all aspects of my tax return. However, I was not able to pass the fed return check and there was no support to help me resolve the pfoblem.. So I had to mail paper versions.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents

I was able to complete my federal but the Ohio State package I purchased would not load. I had to file my federal and after trying everything, I had to delete the software so that I can try again....eventually.
