Product gets the job done. Major exception is that it is missing form 352 for Arizona. Thus, requires manual entry and paper filing if you use the AZ tax credit for foster care organizations. The form and credit have existed now for four years and it’s still missing.
Pros: Easy to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to Use for Beginners

I hate taxes, and my parents always handled them for me until I moved out of state and had to file in two states. So I had to suck it up and learn myself. H&R Block made the job so easy for me, and offered helpful tips along the way. Any answer that wasn't right in front of me I could find within 3 minutes.

I have used this software for many years. It is so easy to use! I bought a new laptop this year, and I was able to upload a pdf of my prior year’s return and everything was input so I didn’t have to start over this year. That was amazing and so incredibly helpful! Saved a ton of time.

program great but with the new tax law it is less necessary for a person like me. (retired, modest income, minimal investments). Cost of software + state + state filing fee gets pretty expensive
