Worst program I've every used. It wouldn't import directly from taxact, so I had to import the pdf return, and what info it did import half of it was wrong, same with importing the w2 pdf half was wrong or missing not only did it miss spell mine and my bosses names but got even the amounts and addresses wrong, some even the checks didn't catch. Would have been better to manually input everything and not even try to import.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I'm not an accountant but program walked me through everything. Had to go back into it a 2nd time to put medical expenses in. But was able to navigate myself around the program
