I've used this software for 16 or 18 years. I like their interview process and the fact that they have accuracy check and audit percentage near the end. Gives you peace of mind. Electronic filing is so easy and you can direct deposit your refund to a checking account.

H and R Block software makes doing my taxes very simple. I have used it for over ten years. The software asks me all the questions. I just answer no if it does not apply to me or enter the numbers from my documents if it does. I don't have to worry about anything.

Took an hour to redo my taxes because your import pdf is non-functional and created several forms I didn't need that I was unable to delete.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
