3 years in a row I have been charged two times when filing my State Tax. I am still waiting on a refund of the second one this year. I have used the program for years and like the guides and retention of my taxes.

It was filled with errors and had to spend over 5 hours on the phone explaining the error, Finally got a person to create a case number, 3 escalations and finally the update was sent out on March 18th for the state of Michigan.
