Everything wemt very smoothly until I did electronic transmission. It said I needed to update the software H&R before it would conitinue. Getting that done was somewhat tricky then I was able to finish.
That condition should have been discovered much sooner and revealed so it could be dealt with before doing the very last step and causing it to fail.
Hope it gets patched. I plan to remain a customer.

Very easy to use. The only problem I don't like with this program is you have to be online to click the help file not like turbotax when the help file is readily available when you click it.

I like H&R tax software very much! Only issue I had is that I had to go into last years Schedule A to get info that did not transfer over even though I have used H&R tax software for the past 7 years.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
