I’ve used your software when it was Tax Cut and never had any issues or complaints until this year. I was not able to file electronically because of k-1 QBI pass through issue with you software. It kept telling me I had to wait until software update. I waited one week and then two and it was never fixed. I finally had to drop the tax savings to file it before I left the country.

F\This is my first year using HRB, I like it better than turbotax b/c it is a more friendly interface. Also, less expensive up front and the fees to file and get a direct deposit are cheaper. My returns were accepted within an hour.

Federal program kept asking g data verification on my 1098-Rs. Is there a software program issue with 1099-Rs? Delaware program said I owed money and the form agreed but your program said I was getting a refund? Another problem? Very disappointed. Used your program for years.
