I would like to be able to view the forms in original form instead of seeing work sheets etc. Now it seems I can only do that when everything is finished and I print my return. Also, I think H&R Block should let the customer efile the state return without additional cost.

The software is OK. However it failed to file my State return after 4 attempts. What good is it if it cannot do this basic service???

Only problem I found when it came time finish the state return. And you are not e-filling, difficult to find out how to print your return.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming
