The program is helpful whether your taxes are complex as mine were when I first used it. I was a home owner, had investments, even a small business. Now retired I only need the Deluxe software to do taxes. It’s a great product.

I switched to H&R Block 10 years ago because my former tax software wouldn't allow me to download it on both my desktop and my laptop - I've never regretted the move. Being able to directly download info from financial institutions has been a time saver, and while I had a small business it also allowed me to manage those filing requirements easily.

I've been using H&R Block software for over 10 years and it continues to be easy to use. This year I did have a problem with downloading the software on a 3rd computer, so I'm not sure if that is a new limitation.
