I found the software complete and easy to use. My finances are no longer difficult and this is the first time I've filed myself in over 20 years. The software was flexible and gave great instructions. It wasn't very expensive and I feel I got a very good deal for my money.

Good if you have simple taxes... not so good in explaining any questions it creates along the way. Guidance is cryptic and of little help. Made me look up numbers from last year that IT had access to as I used it last year as well. Turbo Tax next year!

It's very thorough for my needs. I like the convenience of importing W-2s and 1099s directly from compatible organizations. It saved me from manually entering over 200 1099s. The only thing missed was how to handle substitute 1099s that don't match the interview questions; I had to call for help for those two 1099s (which turned out to be simpler to enter than I thought). The accuracy review builds confidence and the e-file option is quick and easy.
