Several years ago I used a different tax program. Then one year, both my state and federal tax returns had errors in them, and I had to refile. Since that time I have used H&R Block Software .. never a problem, all common information is easily transferred to the new tax year, and explanations when ever I need a question answered.

Had difficulty with the downloaded version.

I have always been delighted with with this software. But this year I decided to use the downloaded version and could not get it to work right. It kept doubling my refund. So after 2 days of working I deleted everything and reload from the CD. It worked perfectly and I was done in no time.
