This product is easy to use. Just gather all your tax info and let the software guide you through only the parts you need. User since 2004. Never a problem.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast

Overall very intuitive to use.

Mostly both federal and state worked smoothly. Only hangup (for the second year) was that the entry of NJ charity donations from the State Tax refund amount was very difficult to get done.

Very hard to understand. Turbo tax is much easier

Bad instruction. Review at the end doesn’t explain the problem
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare

I’ve been using for 23 years. I started out buying the tax software to see if I could beat the refund after a tax accountant did my taxes. I did and I never paid anyone to do my taxes again.

disappointing 2019 version

just you try to enter info from Form -B. Turns out you have to use the worksheet to enter. Who knew, cost me many hours. Explanation to start with worksheet is buried in all your verbiage. You need overall instructions on one page to get started!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Multiple years of use and this program has never failed to get a maximum return and or a reduced liability. I have done side by side comparisons with other programs and H&R Block wins hands down every time.
