We have used this expert system for years. Much better than others with ease of import from previous years data, keeps tract of business assets depreciation, and online data imports, and context sensitive help. Only frustrating aspect this year was US Government’s delay in being able to accept updated forms.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast

You missed an additional capital gains tax, a new form and tax, on my Maryland state return, resulting in an incorrect return and corresponding reduction in my refund. If you were doing your job professionally and responsibly this should not have happened. It will inevitably make me think twice about using your program next year.

First time user of this tax software. Have to say it’s not the greatest. It did not have a way to download financial information from Merrill Lynch or Bank of America. Really. Pretty bad.
Cons: Hard to import documents
