Most of the tax filing worked well, but the lack of Social Secuity prior year lump sum processing by the software made this years (and likely next years) VERY difficult
I would recommend this to a friend!

Your software wouldn't let me file my return through the system. I had to print and mail. It wouldn't provide me enough information to correct.

I’ve been using the software for more than 5 years. This year was the least pleasant of all.
1) I’m on their mailing list. When I got the email to buy this years version, it was supposed to be the best available price. It was available online for less from other vendors.
2) it was unreliable early in January. I entered one
return twice and it crashed out before I decided to wait a week for an update.
3) updates were happening after I filed. Did the updates change my taxes? Who knows?
4) charging me to file my state taxes has been an issue the whole time. Why isn’t that included?
5) When I tried to pay online using my credit card, they wanted to charge a percentage of the amount. It wasn’t ovbvious til I got too far in that that corporate tax on my federal tax would be happening. I wasn’t able to back out and pay by check online. I ended up printing and mailing my return.
Overall, I’m inclined to look elsewhere for next years return.
