Wish I could rate 4.5. It’s missing EV 240V installation rebate form. The AI interface is better than the previous help option, but has some interface issues and doesn’t give adequate answers to complex questions yet - ChatGPT still does better.

I purchased HRBlock on line for my 2025 taxes. Generally, it worked well and I have used HRBlock for many years at this point. I do find the price increases over the last few years to be a bit much and find myself considering an alternate product next time. The process for printing and submitting of the Fed and state returns is cumbersome and confusing following the error checking and fixing steps.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming

H&R Block Deluxe is everything that TurboTax used to be, and unlike current TurboTax, it ran on my MacOS 12 computer. I didn't have to buy a new Macintosh to use it.
