Awful year for HRB software

This was the worst experience of my life. The software has so many bugs I don't know where to start. I guess this is what we can expect when we lay off humans and replace them with AI. It's total chaos!
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
