We had several problems with this software. The assistance people helped a lot, but most of the problems should have been able to been taken care of via the software. We're still unsure that everything worked properly, but the fed tax people accepted it, thankfully.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good except for AI that spins circles/not helpful

Good except is missing critical option to consult with a live agent when questions arise. AI simply goes in circles offering user guide steps which may NOT be relevant nor helpful for the current inquiry. AI is not a replacement nor qualified CPA guidance. Please fix or I may go back to TurboTax next year
