Terrible experience this year. I could not download financial statements from Merrill Lynch as the software wouldn’t prompt for the user id and password for ML. Also, I would finish a section and it would loop me back through the same section Va giving me the finish option. I was able to download updates except the second update and had to call the Helpdesk and get
them to push the full software package to me. I’ve used the software for over two decades but probably will have to switch to Turbo Tax next year.

I have used H&R Block for years. and this is the first time (and I believe with new tax changes) that I have ever been questioned by the IRS for my return.
Yes, I will buy the program again. Its a good program, so I'm not worried.
What concerns me is when a person makes tax deductions changes, why the IRS would question it and some of the changes are there's.
