I was not pleased to find that no import was available for Merrill Edge clients. I also found the process for handling excess contributions to HSAs confusing. I am still not sure whether the software handled the amounts correctly the way I entered them.

I generally like the program. One area is confusing. I am a 1099 contracted private practitioner. I continually get tripped up as to whether I am "self-employed" or not and sometimes mistakenly list that job/self-employment twice. Another area that needs enhancing. I forgot to put my estimated state income taxes in my state return because my state did not send me a K-something form. Please ask if I made estimated state taxes even if I did not get a form. And lastly, there could be more help with the process of filing an amended return, both federal and state.
