problems downloading and installing othrwise 5star

there was some problems installing the software. it was necessary to call in to the help desk. once i was done with my federal income tax, i then needed to download the state tax software and had the same issue. once the software was loaded, it ran fine on my computer. it was very thorough. if i would not have had issues with installation, i would've gave it 5 stars.
