confusing payment

easy to fill out forms but instructions as to what to do if filing electronically and what to do if owing money to IRS
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very different software than the previous 3 years

The software has always been good...previously. This year, however, there were problems getting it loaded. Then it took forever to come up when I opened it. The updates were a problem and took a long time to complete, also. When I completed my return, it said I had an IRA that I hadn't taken enough out of at age 70 1/2. Neither my husband nor myself have a regular IRA, AND we are not that old!
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy to download and install. Easy to use. Easy to import data from many financial institutions. I like that the software can lead you step by step through all of the information needed, or you can choose to go to specific items to work on.
