South Carolina return remains in flux. Since SC does not acknowledge the recent federal tax reforms my return State return is not accepted. It would be great if Block provided when purchasing State returns the accepted deductions. Federal was great, as expected.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

I have been using H&R Block software for taxes for many years. I like the way it picks up from the previous year and carries forward. You don't have to be a tax accountant to use it.
