Overall, the software worked like always except when submitting E-file. Three errors were highlighted on gross income. I checked the forms and re-entered the amounts - same error. I attempted three times, as well as calling HRBlock. They could not help. Closed my return and tried later with same error. Regardless, I submitted my return. It was accepted.
This glitch, I hope, is fixed.
Pros: Easy to prepare

South Carolina return remains in flux. Since SC does not acknowledge the recent federal tax reforms my return State return is not accepted. It would be great if Block provided when purchasing State returns the accepted deductions. Federal was great, as expected.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
