I have used H&R Block tax software for many years and have always found it to be easy to use and provides the best returns. They also will conduct an audit if you would like and assist you if the IRS audits your return. Well worth the money spent for the yearly software.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast
I would recommend this to a friend!

It works okay, but the price increases are getting worse every year. I kept getting false warnings for things that were perfectly fine. Some of these had to do with "worksheets" that I never directly filled out. Importing taxes from the prior year make it very convenient to continue using it.

Much prefer Turbo Tax. H&R does not have my bank, does not pull over my information and is not as user friendly.
Cons: Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
