Easy to complete for the most part. Phone import of W2’s is a hit/miss. Not all financial institutions are available to import information from. Import of stock sales creates all wrong entries.

Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents

Does basic stuff right. Whenever you get a complex issue, the help refers you to the IRS form instructioins, so you have to figure it out on your own.
