Very user friendly, especially for this old technologically challenged codger. I have used H&R software for 5 or more years now and it is so convenient to be able to import the personal data from the previous year's return -- saves time. And the logical, progressive steps keep me from forgetting anything.

There was problem installing and I have to run again and repair it. Then it was okay.
Some Porting issues, unnecessary verification of the ported data which took long time.
Page review would be a good thinks line by line review was not good.
First I thought the state e-file was included but that was not true.
However this product is better than fillable free software.

It is not easy to print or reprint your return nor save it to an external device after submitting your return. Very cumbersum . Never did get it through the program. I will probably return to turbotax as a result.
