The AI feature could only answer very basic questions. Therefore, the AI feature was not very helpful.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents

It's OK, but probably my last using.

Honestly, I was disappointed this year and will probably be my last year using this product. Been using this software for years, and it feels like the same software just barely updated for each tax year. Contained numerous bugs(data field issues, false audit warnings, etc) and missed opportunities to pre-populate additional information or provide a recommendation/choice to skip unnecessary interview steps based on previous years returns wasting time and effort re-entering data.
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good except for AI that spins circles/not helpful

Good except is missing critical option to consult with a live agent when questions arise. AI simply goes in circles offering user guide steps which may NOT be relevant nor helpful for the current inquiry. AI is not a replacement nor qualified CPA guidance. Please fix or I may go back to TurboTax next year
