It doesnt work and it knows it but doesn't fix it

I can't file my return because it doesn't correctly calculate the QBI for my K-1. It knows this and tells me I have to wait for an update but updates come and go and it doesn't get fixed. I can't believe that I'm paying for something they know is broken but won't fix.

This software used to be good, but I've had too many bugs. The updates don't tell you what's been updated. Support is terrible. Going to go back to TurboTax or some other tax software. Will not purchase this again. They get you to prebuy by December of the prior year and then when you try to get a refund because the software is so bad, they say sorry. Only a 30 day window.
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
