Your competitor required Windows 11. Well my computer hardware could not be updated and I was not about to spend money for a new system, so I dropped them after many many years using that product and bought H&R software at a much lower price to boot. It is just as easy to use and accomplished the very same thing for less money! WIN WIN

Disappointed that the only help offered with software is AI. I questioned a particular form that AI had no answer for and when I contacted support I was told because I bought the software no other help was available.
