I’ve used H&R Block’s software for a few years now. It easily imports last year’s info and that really speeds up the tax process. The only problem I have is that each year I seem to have a tax entry that I’m unsure about and H&R Block’s limited on screen explanation can be confusing. I finally figure it out but it’s not easy. They give the option for texting for tax support but Im not even sure what to ask. I’ll most likely use the software again next year - if the price doesn’t get more expensive than it already is.
