Help screens don't work. When you select options none function. I had to research instructions on my own too frequently. Also the state (Kentucky) leaves a lot to be desired. You are on your own for Shed A, and Calculating Estimated Taxes not supported.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming

I especially like that I can import the different PDF documents onto the file and it will auto fill correctly.

Software is good, maybe better than TurboTax, but like TurboTax, support is worse than non-existant. Fortunately I was able to rise above the weaknesses.
