The product works great, & I LOVED THE FACT THAT YOU KEEP IT AVAILABLE TO WINDOWS 10 USERS, unlike your competitrors!!
HOWEVER, I HAD A TERRIBLE TIME LINKING THE DETAILED LISTS THAT I OPOENED TO THE TAX ISSUE/QUESTION FOR WHICH THEY WERE INTENDED!! It would be a MUCH BETTER PRODUCT, if you would automatically link the "create new list" tp tjhe qujestion/issue that the user createed it to address. As it is, whenever one wants to "review" the details of a pariciular entery, one mujst scrolllll, hunt, & peck to find te specific list he/se created in the fiirstplace.

Federal software is good; but state of North Carolina was terrible; I have to do a manual NC return; I cannot use your NC software. It does not treat QCD's and federal income properly.
Cons: Time consuming
