Not quite as good as it used to be.

I've used Block and Turbotax and Block has always been just as good and cheaper. Unfortunately there was a change this year as Block no longer allows a download from Merrill Lynch. I had to enter the data manually which is always and error risk.

The cost sucks. Add that to the nickle and diming for purchasing multiple states and e-filing each state, and the value is really diminishing.
As far as the program, the state returns don't seem very integrated, and even after manually checking them I feel that something has been missed. The premium price they charge for each state also should have better help/information features.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
