Bought this to do my own and many medical issues this year, and two church members one legally blind, one heart condition and the ease to make sure their particulars addressed was impressive. The accuracy check was so helpful.

Simple questions, the answers to which, help navigate through the otherwise complex tax laws. If a problem is encountered there is a "chat" option and even a free phone call for help. I am a senior citizen and no longer the sharpest tool in the shop. Without the tax software I would be forced to visit a tax expert who probably uses this software or a similar one and pay many times the cost.
