Software worked smoothly except it assessed my risk of audit at "above average" but none of the possible reasons given were even remotely applicable.

I've used tax preparation software for 30 years. For many years I used TurboTax but it got too expensive so I switched to H&R Block. It's been great, it has saved me money and It's easy to use!

There is a mistake in the PA State Program. It is carrying bank interest over incorrectly from the Federal Program. It added $500 incorrectly to my interest.
Also The wording in the State of Maryland program was confusing for someone looking to get a full state tax refund for working part time as a nonresident as PA was also taxing the same pay. PA and MD have a taxing agreement that if you are a full time Resident in PA you don't have to pay the tax to MD.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare

Everything about the software was great. Easy to use, complete. The price was the selling point for me to purchase to begin with. And the filing fee (federal was free) was right up front. I have some experience with the major competitor, but H&R is the better deal all around. Thank you.
