The product is easy to use, and intuitive. Compares favorably with other tax products. The only negative is when ordering, I purchase Federal and State. When completed, I didn't owe State taxes so the program would not give me an option to download the State program. My state was not even listed. Not happy I paid for both.

Deluxe version - very good but note for next year

When I first downloaded and installed the 2025 PC version, when first available, the screens would not show the right side. I could not move forward. A week or so later H&R posted an update that worked fine without making adjustments to my PC's display. Thereafter, and before I had any data to enter, everything was great. Be patient if this happens again.

This literally the easiest, efficient, and cost effective way to file prepare and file your taxes.
I've been using this program and its predecessor for well over 10 years it not only does to current year for both Federal and State taxes but it remembers what you did in the past and applies carryovers like long term capital losses and applies then correctly so i don't have to remember things like cost basis etc.
The only area that needs to be beefed up is their estimated tax calculation. This area lacks the dynamics of your current financial situation as you move through the year.
Even with that said, it still takes the pain out of Tax Season
