Now they are charging me a filing fee for my federal refund along with a filing fee for my state. I think I will try someone different next year.

Easy to use. Dont like the state filing fee. Got refund very quickly filing online. Software flags errors and questionable entries to make return audit proof as possible. Filed three returns with one purchase

The software has been helpful at helping me file my taxes. However for the third year in a row, it doesn’t handle form 7206 well. Until the update on March 13, I was going to be forced to override a field and file with a paper form because it didn’t handle multiple 7206 forms or businesses properly. I also had to contact support about 5 times to ask about this issue.
