The tax program itself was easy to use. I like the software but I ran into an issue with the save as a pdf part. It seems that H&R Block feels that everyone has windows 10 running on their computers and the 995pdf print program does not work properly on anything but Windows 10 software. Bad move bad move.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is my 5th year using this software. The prompts are clear, specific, and easy to follow. Im a performing artist--a creative. Math is so not "my 'thang'". I tell my friends that if I can use this and understand it completely, so can anyone. Love it!
