I have been using your software for many many years now. Comprehensive, easy to use, remembers my last years filing,… I can go on and on. Works extremely well for 98% of my needs. The questions leading to form 2210 can be made better (annualized income). Since standard deduction for federal and state are different - a number of us take standard deductions for federal but itemized for state. A prompt on state standard deduction amount will be helpful at the start of deductions entry.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Your CA state edition instructions said to sign the return but not how to sign for my deceased wife who died during the 2025 tax year. I searched the internet for an answer and found one. Hope it was a good answer.
I followed the mailing instructions and sent the return via USPS certified mail on Feb 6 (unable to e-file due to wife's death). I checked tracking and it said it was still in transit on Mar 20. Not sure what to do .
FIVE stars for the Federal Tax return. It was accepted on Feb 1, & refund showed up in my checking account on Feb 12!
