I continue to do my taxes on my own because of the many helpful features this particular software tool offers. The step by step narratives are really helpful and simplify the process. The only improvement I would make is revising the explanation for when student loan interest can be deducted by someone other than the student. The integration options for previous yearl filings and state taxes is fairly straight forward and consistent. And the option to ask for H&R help - online or locally - is a nice feature too.

Have used your software for years, it was very glitchy this year. Import from past year was very difficult. Trying to find various supporting forms was not straightforward. I will think twice about using it in the future.

I had a little more difficulty this year because the questions were asked in a different sequence than last year but it worked as expected and I filed the first week in February. The state return software was better this year and I was able to take a deduction that I did not take last year.
