The software does a nice job of completing my tax return, but instructions and wording throughout the question and answer format are often unclear. You need to remember that people using your product are not accountants, and don't understand some of the terminology. Please write instructions as though they're aimed at complete novice sixth graders.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!

For some reason your state program for Ohio triggers a manual review of our taxes and causes a huge delay in refund. Second or third yr in a row this has happened.
