Been using this product for decades. I am starting to consider competitors sadly. The section on Health Insurance is horribly difficult and always gives us the most problems. There is no reason why that could not be simplified and done through interview style like the rest of the program. It continues to give us great headaches not only this year, but for the last few years. If this was resolved, my rating for this program would increase to 4.5 stars.

Have used for over a decade. Process is very easy for uncomplicated taxes. I am starting to get into more complicated tax returns which the program is 'okay' at handling. I should say, it handles them fine, but I end up having to do my own research on questions because it doesn't always have the best explanations for tough questions. Overall, the program is very intuitive for most people's taxes.

I've used H&R Block Deluxe tax software for well over a decade and find it to be a great value and easy to use, even though I have fairly complicated taxes. I truly appreciate Block's audit support, even though I've not had to use it so far. It's a comfort to know it's there. And Block's state tax forms are very easy to complete, once the federal forms are done.
